Below are descriptions to help clarify each Term of Service provided to you by Spoilt Naturally.

Shipping Costs

There are two shipping methods to choose from; Local Delivery & Australia Post (within Australia only). There is no international shipping or shipping across seas.

Local Delivery to Yeoval 2868 & Cumnock 2867 areas only: Delivery will be available between Monday - Friday 09:00-16:00. Packages will be either delivered to your door, left in your mailbox or dropped off at your local Post Office for $5.00.

Australia Post (Australia wide): fees are calculated based on the weight/cubic weight - which ever one is greater.

Up to 500g $10.95 (small)

500g - 1kg $14.95 (medium)

1kg - 3kg $18.95 (large)

3kg - 5kg $22.85 (extra large)

5kg - 22kg $25.00 (max weight 22kg, max. length: 105cm, max. volume: 0.25m3)

Shipping time frames

Local Delivery to Yeoval 2868 & Cumnock 2867 areas only: please allow 2-3 business working days.

Australia Post (Australia wide): please allow between 3-15 business working days based on which state you are shipping to.

New South Wales 3-4 Business Days

South Australia 3-5 Business Days

Victoria 3-6 Business Days

Queensland 4-6 Business Days

Western Australia 5-9 Business Days

Northern Territory 12-15 Business Days

Payment Method

Stripe is integrated into my website to process your purchases using your credit/debit card details. Here are copies of Stripes Privacy Policy and a copy of their Consumer Terms of Service.

Refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase and the product is undamaged and within its original packaging, then you can expect a full refund for the cost of your product only (shipping cost will not be refunded).

Please complete the following Returns Form and post with your returning item/s to the following address: Spoilt Naturally, 3920 Banjo Paterson Way, Yeoval 2868 NSW AU. 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item then you can expect to exchange this item for another of the same price. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of shipping your item back to Spoilt Naturally.

Customer Account
